This hotel is amazing. It's always clean, comfortable, and everything you may need (great and secure Internet access, no-noisy climatized rooms, a well equipped business center, etc.) and the stuff is superb. They are always trying to make you feel comfortable and helping you do your stuff in Mexico City. I recommend very highly this hotel. It's by far the best place to stay in "el D.F."
Nothing, everything was perfect.

Staff were generally very friendly and helpful.
One big problem was the A/C noise, which was often expected but this one was unusually high-pitched and irritating. We mentioned the problem with the hotel but the response was nothing could be done about it. Perhaps so, but we lost much sleep over this.

The hotel was charming old and perfect, with incredibly attentive staff. There were coffee and tea making equipment, iron and ironing board, and a work desk in the room, enjoyed that. The service was excellent, the breakfast was free and above average. You could leave a car nearby. The restaurant was good, offered good food.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of the historic district, just a couple of blocks from the main square and surrounded by all the attractions. The location was fantastic, as it allowed me to easily explore the area and visit other points of interest, including the airport, in just 20-30 minutes. The service at this place was top-notch, with room service and housekeeping ensuring that my stay was comfortable and hassle-free. They also offered tours and ticket assistance, which was a great help in planning my daily activities. The room amenities were excellent, with everything from ironing facilities to air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a cozy sitting area. The hotel also had a lovely terrace and garden furniture, where I could relax and enjoy the view. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, offering me a safe, microwave, and even helping me plan my excursions to various attractions. The dining options were also great, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area offering delicious breakfast and buffet options. I had a wonderful experience here.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Plenty of space in the suite, everything else in order. Very good breakfast, plus extra coffee/drinks available 24/7 in the lobby. Tasteful decor of the entire hotel. Superb restaurant downstairs (a must try). Truly wonderful staff. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in.
Air conditioning was off, the room was on fire at 24C, despite setting the AC to 15C (the minimum).
